أستغفر الله الذي لا اله إلا هو الحي القيوم

	الرحمن الرحيم ذو الجلال والإكرام
	وأسأله إن يتوب علي توبة عبد ذليل خاضع فقير
	بائس مسكين مستكين مستجير
	لا يملك لنفسه نفعا ولا ضرا ولا موتا ولا حيا ولا نشورا.

ثم تقول :

اللهم أني أعوذ بك من نفسً لا تشبع ومن قلبّ لا يخشع

ومن علمً لا ينفع ومن صلاة لا ترفع ومن دعاء لا يسمع.

اللهم إني أسألك اليسر بعد العسر

	والفرج بعد الكرب
	والرخاء بعد الشدة

اللهم ما بنا من نعمة فمنك لا اله إلا أنت أستغفرك وأتوب إليك

I seek forgiveness of Allah, there is no deity except Him. He is the Ever-Living, the Beneficent, the Merciful, the Mighty and the Sovereign.

I beseech Him to accept my repentance, the repentance of a servant who is Insignificant,

Submissive, and Destitute;

Needy, Worried and Helpless,

Seeking protection, who, on his own, neither can win nor lose, nor die, nor live, nor come to life again.

Then you say:

O Allah, I seek Thy protection from a self that is insatiable, and a heart that is unremorseful,

I ask Thy protection from intelligence that is useless, or a prayer that is not accepted, or a request that is unfulfilled.

O Allah I beseech Thee for ease in the wake of distress,

Joy after sorrow,

Comfort after hardship.

O Allah whatever facility I have is from You; There is no deity except Thee. I ask for Thy forgiveness and I turn repentant unto Thee.
